Malfador\'s SEIV chat problem - HELP

Does anyone know what happened to the SEIV chat site? You can read the site OK, however you cannot start a new thread there. You get this when you try:

Won't overwrite topic file 000001

Looks like the site may have exceeded the thread number limit!
