Want to play PBW, but don´t have the time...

Yeah, it´s like the title says, i want to play PBW games but thanks to my RL job i have a too inconsistent time schedule...

Basically, some weeks i can play everyday, other weeks i barely have time to play once, and my acess to the internet is limited to workdays, since i don´t have acess at home and use the internet connection at office...

I already joined a couple of games in the past only to have to drop them because i could not keep up with them...

If anyone know some game where the turns are ALPU and the other players don´t have any problem about one playe making a turn Last a week sometimes i would like to know, so i can join...

I prefer games with 6+ players (for a good variety in strategies) and i love to take over losing empires so i can fight "losing battles" and annoy the "big evil empires" with all manner of suicide and crazy attacks...

so, anyone know any game that fits my bill?
