Rolling Back On PBW?

One of the players in my game missed his turn and we need to roll back.

Is there a FAQ out there for how I can do this? I think I know how to manually reprocess the turn, but am not sure how I would get all the turns from Last turn on my computer.

Or is it possible to the administrators to reroll back the turn so that he can upload it in time.
