TWO NEW STRANGE DISCOVERIES

Stumbled onto something new today... perhaps some of the veteran players have seen these before:

A) The first was I hired a mercenary which was a level_2 priest. The mercenary was previously with a computer opponent. The mercenary arrived with a command of Call God... even tho my pretender was safe in a castle. I left him a few turns with the Call God command... maybe it'll earn me a few points ahead if my pretender does get killed.
Has anyone seen this before?

B) The second was watching the AI opponents fight the death match events. I never send anyone since the prize is not worth the life of a good commander. Anyhow... the first battle was Mictlan vs Tien Chi. Mictlan has his pretender LvL 6 nature LvL 6 death cast charm which works the second round and Mictlan wins. The second round is Mictlan vs Abysia... yet Mictlan doesn't have his pretender in this round it's the one charmed from the previous battle. Mictlan loses the round against Abysia... yet its not over for Mictlan. Mictlan later gets to fight again against Vanheim and sure enough the pretender steals him with charm too. Mictlan then has a battle with the stolen Vahheim prophet who loses to Ermor(a necromancer). In the end Mictlan still wins using his pretender for the remaining battles !
I wonder if the Vanheim prophet and the Tien Chi commander would have been able to return home with Mictlan... then Mictlan might have had two prophets.
Has anyone seen this before too? (this might be classified as bug?}
