He was not even convinced that he had enough troops to take the planet. At least the weapon silos that peppered the planet still had not begun firing - but then again, that was probably because as far as the planet was concerned it was not enemy troops streaking out of the sky - but, a galactic
Partner's ....
Ok, as far as I can tell, my fully laden troop transport did drop troops on my Parnter's planet. It was a three way warp point battle that occured while I was moving through the warp point with a capture planet fleet. One enemy ship triggered combat and was destroyed but, we dropped troops onto the planet as well. And, as an aside, all my troops died

I did a search but couldn't find comments about this bug(?) but I think we have discussed this problem before?
