This is nothing to worry about. It just means that you are on the same network without a server, so an election is held everytime 1 PC is turned on when the other is already on. If you look at his events, you will see this same message.
Edit; I would advise going to the ASUS site and getting the latest drivers for your Mobo. It is quite possible that a current driver has become corrupted. By reinstalling and/or upgrading your drivers you will solve a corrupted driver problem. If the problem persists, it may be an indication of imminent hardware failure.
