This is something I just whipped up quick while working on the (not quite finished yet) Nostropholo AI. They are a tough race (but no shipset, just AI files). Quick ship production, lots of defense ships and satts. Good colonizer production. Even some use of satts at warp points seen (though, this may be from destroyed sat layers).
You may change/mod these files at will, they work best with any other files being the Mephisto Mod ones, not the default (Meph just does it better it seems.)
But if you do post these files with a new race just please mention my name. These files were fun to make, the only one I spent alot of time (from scatch) was the Vehicles Construct txt. Which seems to be the key to making a good AI. Without it, the AI just seems to wander and produce not a heck of a lot.
