How do I load a race with no empire file(s)?
I'll delete this soon.
I posted below same topic, but I'm desperate.
CueCappa race has empire files, CueCappa2000, CueCappa3000, CueCappa 5000 etc, and loads wonderfully.
Ferg, Dominion, and other races do not
apparently, have empire files included.
Don't you need them. They don't work.
I can't get borg2000 race to work even though it has Borg2000 empire. I name the new folder the same Borg.

What I'd like to see in SE4: Rotating planets, animated ground combat like Moo2, (or more realistic looking), an easier to see planet border (you know- that yellowish 4 pointed thing displayed around a planet when selected). PLEASE no real time games.
