In a Rural Part of England where traffic wardens can really kill off business in small towns by annoying customers a shop keeper had the greatest idea. Whenever they appeared whoever saw them would ring this one shop, the owner had an old wind up Air Raid Siren which he activated alerting all customers to move their cars...

I thought that was absoloutely hilarious
