I'm sorry, but I have to bow out. A catastrophy hit my computer while I was upgrading my Windows 2000 to Windows XP; during the installation, something happened to my computer, that had effectively screwed up my computer; whenever I tried to continue the upgrade to Windows XP, or just boot up Windows 2000, a blue screen of death poped up, screaming Unmountable Boot Volume or something like that, and would not let me access my own computer. Booting in Safe mode did not help, nor did booting in any other advanced startup modes.
In the end, I was forced to format my hard disk and install XP from scratch. Seeing as how I had upgraded 2000 to XP without any errors in the past, I had assumed that this time would be no different, and did not make any backups of anything.
Everything I had is gone: My MP3 collection is gone, all my textures are gone, all my models are gone, everything I had created and stored and did not upload to the web is gone.
I'm sorry for any inconvience I now have caused this project.

Before you get too far... I suggest reformatting again, and creating 2 partitions. Make one of them 6 GB, call it C. Make the other the rest of the drive, call it D or something. Install ONLY Windoze on the C drive. Install everything else on D, and save all files on D. When Windoze fails in the future, all you have to do is reformat the C partition and reinstall Windoze. All data will still be there on the D partition.
Oh, and throw XP away. Go back to 2000. It is definitely better than XP...
