Entering combat bug in 1.41
Has anyone else noticed that you don't always get the "enemy ships are present in that sector, are you sure you want to enter" prompt in 1.41? Or is it just me?
It's really annoying when you've given a colony ship orders to colonize some planet, and after traveling for 3 months it finally gets to the destination planet, but an enemy ship has come from nowhere and suddenly you're in combat, without getting the option to avoid it...
