If I'm still up at 4am, then either I'm drunk, in which case I just keep drinkin & smokin, and eventually sleep comes to me. If I'm sober, then something is seriously wrong and there's only one cure for it. Crank up the subwoofer, throw on Once by Nightwish and bounce around them room until I've worn myself out. Course, then everyone else in the house is awake, but oh well.
