In the Robin Hood Spoof Men In Tights, Robin Hood to win the Archery contest used an arrow that flew all over the place, sky, everywhere then blew the target to dust. It was labelled the "Patriot Arrow"

I assume thats where the Patriot Arrow remark came from....
