"Ability to mod different gui looks for different nations."

Bugfixes aside, this is a feature I really appreciate, as it adds to the general feel of the game. Not only the standard nations, but I guess you could also include customized GUIs for modded nations.

However, the modding manual doesn't explain how to do that. Can we expect an updated manual?
