Question on Movement

Situation: I have a warp closer on one side of a warp point. There is a large enemy fleet on the other side.

Warp Closer Speed 13 - Player 8
Enemy Fleet Speed 10 - Player 4

If I close the warp point right away, will the point close before the enemy has a chance to go through?
