I saw this problem myself. It turns out that the .exe for the TDM Mod pack you get from online souces is lloking for the wrong folder. Let it do what it wants. If you're in the mood to overwrite stock SE4 with the modpack files then just move them afterward. Or make a folder under the SE4 folder and put them there, if you intend to use the Mod Pocker program or manually change path.txt
