Time extension?

I am going away for 3 days Saturday morning to Monday night. Would it be possible to go to 48h hosting for the weekend? I don't want to stale things are at a critical stage with me, and I cannot find a substitute (who I trust

).

48h should let me get in my turns on the weekend. Thank you!
