The Council of Philosophers has given explicit instructions that the Arco military machine must complete it's police action in Abysia before any further activities. I have presented your postestations to the Council in earnest, but my pleas fell on deaf ears. Furthermore, the Council is now on recess, and His Luminescence is unwilling to use his special constitutional powers to circumvent the Council's customary role in declaring war on behalf of the Dominion.
