I hope I've found and corrected all errors in the neighbours.

I've also made some modifs to make the map more playable with water nations (the east and west seas are now connected by the south, I've also linked the little sea prov in the north to the Sea of Chaos) and added some sites like volcanoes in volcanic provinces.

Finally I've also made a version with start locations.
