Noticed this result in the pen calculation message when using US flame throwers, seemed to come with every hit. I think it's because the warhead size is 45 and this is somehow factored into penetration calculations. Its penetration is listed as 0, with HEAT pen of 14, though it doesn't have HEAT ammo.
I remember in dos SPMBT that 66mm flash M202 guns used to always kill any tank if they got a hit. Then they also had warhead size 45, though in winMBT it's been reduced to 2.
