Zoltan does excellent work especially with boats ( and Rail roads.. the RR tiles are Zoltans )but that Icon was drawn to represent something else entirely and it was used by a OOB designer who picked it without really knowing or caring how far off it was from the unit he was trying to represent. There's nothing wrong with the Icon, Its just way off from what it's should look like to represent a PBR

I built a new Icon for PBR yesterday and it's in the game patch. Boats generally "aren't my thing" but it's closer than that generic little patrol boat that is used now
