Techmod- permissions

Working on the next Version of techmod now. Sorry for the delay.
I need some permissions/denials for the next Version of techmod. I'd like the include more AI races in the next Version. Specifically the TDM Modpack races, and anyone else who gives me permission.. more details at the bottom this post.
I'd also like to incorperate: Dracus Eyecandy mod (parts of it), the Tampa Sound Mod, the No AI PBW stuff, P&N's Battlemoon, the pariety quadrent type, the maladies and south carolina ship names, the composers ship names, any other ship names if you want them included.
What I need for the AIs:
-permission
-what size of ship the AI should use (options: escorts, cruisers, capital ships, baseships)
-if it uses CrUsers or above, if it should go directly to those ships, or research up to them.
That Last:
Option 1:
Ship Con 2, Ship Con 3, Basic Capital Ship Construction, Capital ship construction.
Pros: gets to the right ships ASAP
Cons: Will be stuck with the default ships for quite a while, and may fall behind in research.
Option 2:
Basic Escort Construction (to max), Ship Con 2, Basic Cruisers, Ship con 3, Basic Capital ship Construction Capital ship construction.
Those are both for races that go for the big ships, of course. I'm implimenting P&N 2.x style movement in this Version, so keep that in consideration. Ideally, the AI's fighting style should determine what you select, because I'm working to make all three options different but equally viable.
Escorts: speed bar none, evade well, small and relatively weak punch
Cruisers: middle of the road
Captial: evades badly, slow, powerful punch, lots of room
Baseships: ungodly slow, same attributes as bases, 50% maintance reduction
