When you add my BattleMoons, be sure to keep them balanced

Stellar manip requirements might be a good idea, but mainly, make sure the cost is proportional to their military effectiveness against normal ships.
IE: Using the same amount of money, a battlemoon and a fleet of ships should be evenly matched.
