Yes I'm thinking that maybe PCM signed 24-bit wasn't added until a later version. Unfortunately since I'm still using Windows 98 I can't use a version later that 4.26. Other than upgrading to WindowsXP, is there another piece of software anyone can recommend to convert the mp3s that will work with Win98 and have the correct format?
