WW Mod: Special Ops mission

I've put together a little mod for weird worlds, its still got a few graphics bugs that I need to fix, but it plays well.

The Special Ops mod for Weird Worlds replaces the Science Vessel and the Terran Frigate with the Prometheus, a classified ship only in use by terran Special Ops forces.
