I tried the uninstall/reinstall dance with no joy. I got the impression from Jason2's Posts that he had too. (I don't see what the hibernate shut-down would contribute to a potential solution, so I'm a bit dubious about that step.)

Maybe we don't have quite the same problem, or maybe I'm just missing something.
