Hmm... well, the most alarming thing I hear is that crashes/bugs are happening so frequently for you!

If you can, please send us error logs and/or emails to bugs@tinyhero.com. We really want to quash all problems, but we can't fix them if we don't know about them!

I'm sorry you're having problems, and I want you to know we're committed to taking care of that!
