new warp point abilities
I haven't downloaded the patch yet, but I am wondering, does the "stop open/close warp point" work from either side of the wormhole? What I mean is if I have (I assume) a facility in my system that prevents opening/closing a warp point, does that mean someone outside my system cannot open/close it either? Or does is just prevent the wormhole from being opened/closed from my system?
