Will Ixsoft sell Dominions 3 ?

Ixsoft sold Dom1 and Dom2. Will they sell Dom3 too?

Since Ixsoft supports cash on delivery payment method i would like to order Dom3 via them instead of directly via the shrapnel store. Because i dislike buying stuff via credit card and cash on delivery is my favourite payment method.

So will Dom3 get sold via Ixsoft too? And will they sell it as soon as it is sold via shrapnel or how many weeks/months will i probably have to wait? Is there some contract between Shrapnel and Ixsoft or did Ixsoft just buy some copies of Dom2 from the shrapnelstore to sell them?
Or will Dom3 get distributed only by shrapnel and not by some other online stores too like it was the case with dom1 and dom2?
