Toughest Races to play against...

I have a two-part question for everybody around here -

1)- Who are the top 5 toughest races to play against?

2)- Who are the toughest races, in each of the following categories:

[A] using Standard Technologies
[b] using Organic Technologies
[C] using Crystalline Technologies
[D] using Religious Technologies
[E] using Psychic Technologies
