I've begun an OOB mod for SPWW2 (and for MBT as well, but that's a completely different thing
) with data I've been gathering, proccessing etc... for a long time already.
Some things are changed (compared to original OOBs), some are added, many aspects are recalcullated etc.
DISCLAIMER: I do not grant the changes are correct!
But they do represent what I think is right in-game.
Feel free to download, have a look, test, loathe etc
