OS X Patch Problems

Hello everyone. I picked up Dom2 awhile ago, played it with no problems on my PC. But, I just recently tried to instal it on my PowerBook G4. No problems with that, but I cannot get the 2.16 patch to work. My instal is 2.02, so it should work. Any suggestions?
