Didn't I say that - oh, did not, at least here ... yes, "Flaming Weapons" works on Claws, Fangs, SpiderBites, etc. ...
And strictly gameplay-wise:
There are some nations which have blessable, summoned units without armor which could use exactly this bless very well.
Would add another viable option to pretender design, which would be a good thing (TR), wouldn't it?

As for AI the most effective work around to this problem so far is to simply use an American instead, they tend to put up a bit more of a fight than your average Artificial Idiot.
