SE5 Command Line Interface?

I posted this over on www.spaceempires5.com forums, but I know there's still a bunch that don't go over there so crossposting ftw.

Does anyone know if there's a CLI for SE5 as there was for SE4? My game won't arrive for about 9 more days and I'd appreciate any information I can get beforehand.
