OK I was thinking about additions to my facilities list, and thought about slave labour facilities. (Used in BOTF, also spice mines of kessel etc)

I was trying to figure out what this would do to morale.

At first I thought it would decrease it on the world. Then I thought, it might decrease it system wide.

Then I thought, hang on, they now have a way to remove dissidents, would that improve happiness in the system, but decrease it on the world.

Then I thought, no it should increase it on the world to simulate the oppressive nature and the fact that they are forced to work.

Then I thought no, it would probably decrease it on the world to represent possiblity for prison riots.

Then I thought, that would seriously harm productivity....

Then I started going a bit funny.

help anyone please
