Two questions for the modders out there.

First, can anyone tell me how to get the AI to use troops on planets. Or point me in the direction of a mod that already does this.
Second, can anyone tell me how to use the Do Not Allow Components of Custom Group and Only Allow Components of Custom Group settings in the Vehicle size file. Are they attributes? Lines that need to be added? What and how would be nice, thanks.
