Yes to the engines and speed. The X-Ray was working but I broke it again.

It will be working in the next patch; again! (Shame on me!). I am not seeing them run from each other in combat. If you have a missile boat design check that you put at least one magazine on it. If that isn't working can you attach the save game here so I can look at it? Thanks!
