SJ, I like your idea, sorta like 1 or 2 mystery type techs, chance you take to research because you don't know what your going to get or how good they will be or how good they get the higher up you go in the tree. Throw in a random number of them so you don't get the same ones each game so you can't memorize them and know which ones you want or don't want. Great idea, limitless possibilities if it can be done. Also make it moddable for you modders
