SE4 Host mode... How to start host mode MANUALLY..

Hi folks,

I'm trying to run my own, I guess you'd call it, PBW game using some free web server software and SE4.

But to test my settings, I need to be able to start SE4 in Host mode.

Can anyone show me how to do this?
