You mean the #secondaryeffect field? It just uses weapon numbers to identify the effects - you can find a list of those in Edi's Dom3 database.

#Secondaryeffectalways on the other hand may or may not work. I don't know if they've fixed it. Unlike #secondaryeffect it doesn't seem to like weapon ID numbers.
