Hmm, is it common to ask for subs? I see your point about me playing several nations 30 turns, but there is also a point of me continuing. I have never played a game which lasted more than 60 turns IIRC. It was long time since I played MP and I hae always played with victory conditions. Either VP's or cumulative VP's (my personal favourite). So it is quite educational playing with more powerful spells than I'm used to. I have never faced a tartarian, only seen arcane nexus and utterdark in dom-ppp, where research was quicker. I also tended to play with slow research in dom2, to avoid the great impact of magic.
I intend to focus on MA Ulm next. Quantum Mechanic invited me for blizing this weekend. I will most likely be there (although it might depend on if JK returns from India). Feel free to join for some gaming and IRCing (which I'm not very used to
