it seems like a cool idea Dr. P. We will see. if you want to take a stab at making him i will give him consideration.

I think i will will make major changes to the mod upon completion of the 1st test game. Then i will have a 2nd test game with the remaining nations(plus 2). And then I think I am done.

BTW, was Ctis Epic Hero alive when you took over?
