What kind of sock puppet are you?
Anyone remember the leader personality types from the original Master of Orion? In dom3, what are you?
Agressive - Attack, you know, your neighbors. How complicated is this?
Honourable - Attack those that break treaties or who your allies (if you have them) attack.
Pacifistic - Seldom start wars, at least until your master plan is ready.
Erratic - Keep 'em guessing.
Obviously this is situational - a pacifist with a very weak neighbor would presumably attack anyway, and you're going to attack *somebody*, eventually.
plus...
Diplomat - From the begining, concentrate your energy on coordinating with other players, in terms of troop movement/production, research, expansion, and allies. Will sacrifice one of the other goals below in order to establish good relations with one or more neighbors. Doesn't mean you want good terms with *all* your neighbors, though.
Expansionist - Concentrate on grabbing as many provinces as possible. Might be regarded as the opposite of diplomat.
Technologist - Concentrate on getting to higher level magic as quickly as possible. May or may not mean concentrating on research/construction.
Ecologist - Concentrate on getting your gem income up as early as possible. Might be regarded as the opposite of technologist.
Militarist - At the begining, try to build the largest/most powerful military possible, as quickly as possible. Often means heavy use of sacreds, but may also mean huge wads of other exemplary units (longbowmen or skinshifters, for example.)
Industrialist - Concentrate on building forts early, maybe for troops but generally to amass a large number of national mages.
Obviously (with the possible exception of diplomat) everyone does all of these things, it's just a question of emphasis, especially early in the game.
I would say that I'm an Agressive Diplomat.
