The turn was delayed as requested. Unfortunately I didn't anticipate that others would skip(delay) their turns in anticipation of the delay. I'm sorry about that.
I will try to be more informative of my admin actions in the future.
OTOH, if anyone wants to take over the admin duties, I'd be happy to hand them off. I'm going to be eliminated soon.
