Default Orbat 50 Algeria

I just opened the Algerian OOB, and I was surprised at the look of the Hind helicopters there. The data and the designations are all tangled up.
What's a "Mil 25D" exactly? How is it supposed to carry a Gsh-23 gun from 1979 onwards? The only Hind I know of that carries a 23mm gun is the Mi-24VP of 1989 that never reached serial production.
And how does something called "Mil 24E" (?) get TI and two Ataka weapon slots? While from 2004 all other Hinds get the South African ZT-3 Ingwe ATGM without TI?

From the SIPRI arms transfer database, Algeria got the following Hind deliveries:

-18 Mi-24D/Mi-25 delivered 1979-80, from other sources these ones could be Mi-24As with AT-3 ATGMs
-18 Mi-24D/Mi-25 delivered 1981-83, probably true 24D or even 24V this time since no AT-2 delivery reported, but a small batch of AT-6 at the same time. Could also use AT-3s as standard.
-42 Mi-24V/Mi-35 delivered 1998-2002 from Ukrainian surplus.
-700 ZT-3 Ingwe ATGMs delivered in 2000, probably along the first Mk3 upgrade.
According to the ACIG, "the South African company ATE and the Algerian Air Force have upgraded around 30 Mi-25s and Mi-35s to Mi-24 Mk.III" between 2000 and 2003. So this upgrade should be the only surviving Hind variant in Algerian service by 2008-2010.

To sum up the corrections:
-Unit 236: "Mi-24A Hind-A"
**End date 12/104
**Weapon 1 becomes #173
**Weapon 2 becomes #146
This one is for the original Hind-A delivery

-Unit 237: "Mi-24V Hind-E"
**Start date 01/100
**End date 12/111
**Radio code 92
**Vision 30
**Weapon 1 becomes #170
This one stands for the Ukrainian surplus batch, assumed to carry some low-level upgrades like Ataka missiles.

-Unit 238: "Mi-25 Hind-D"
**Start date 01/83
**End date 12/110
**Radio code 93
**Fire control 15
**Rangefinder 14
**Weapon 2 becomes #146
Alternate version of the second Soviet batch w/ AT-3 missiles.
Swap radio codes with #239 if no source found for AT-2 deliveries.

-Unit 239: "Mi-25 Hind-D"
**Start date 01/83
**End date 12/108
**Weapon 1 becomes #170
Stands for the second batch of Soviet exports in optimal version.
Swap radio codes with #238 if no source found for AT-2 deliveries or add a copy of weapon #148 "Kokon" from OOB 40 Libya and use as weapon #2

-Unit 240: "Super Hind Mk-3"
**Vision 40
**Fire control 40 (debatable)
**Rangefinder 22
**Weapon 1 not existing, should be a copy of weapon #70 "20mm Mle 693/F2" from OOB 52 South Africa
**Weapon 2, AP ammo 8
**Weapon 4 null, HE ammo null
General South African upgraded version
