Probably not quite what you had in mind, but plenty of free and legal and DRM-free video downloading joy to be had at www.channel101.com and www.channel102.net - all kinds of wierd and wonderful stuff there, some good, some bad, some (OK, most) of it just makes you wonder what the hell those guys were smoking...
