Apologies for annoying the lost remnants of the crumbled Machakan empire. Our warning was not directed at you. The swamps in the north are held by Ulm, and our task force is being sent (uninvited) into their lands to assist them in investigating the possibility of infestations there.

(ooc: Even when I'm playing an aggressive nation, I like to spread a little political propaganda to justify the actions of my armies. It's more fun for me that way. Even when my propaganda is obviously a totally bogus and ridiculous excuse for invading another nation. And when I'm launching an attack on a nation I haven't been at war with, I like to give at least some warning, even if it is slightly cryptic.
