We have change units.

change units:
units 898, 899, 900 - change carry 124.
available until 89 max.
unit 901 - rename, change carry 130. available from 90.
unit 905 - rename. change carry 136. available from 97.

remove units:
unit 906 - Mi-17 - export variants and export name.

change formations:
formations 654-659

new formations 675-680
