New PBW game starting: "If you build it, they will come..."

I have 13 RWs under construction in a PBW game right now, and the only reason that i am not going to finish them is because there is a 400 ship limit and i need to fight a war.

if there was no ship limit, i would have half of them done in the next 20 turns. the game is on turn 97 right now, and it was not a high tech start. at least two other players are building their own.. or were.
