EA Mictlan minor detail

Just in case you were wondering, a Mictlan commander who is recruiting slaves in a province with a castle is not patrolling. So when the huge Van army that you thought you were ready for, with a combination of PD and patrolling troops comes to town, watch out. All those Jag Warriors the �busy recruiting slaves� commander is leading, well, they won�t fight.
